As Cinco de Mayo is my favorite holiday, I am already responsibly lubricated for today’s Shock Collar Question.
But I HAVE been drinking on an empty stomach…. so you know I’m EXTRA HUNGRY… for a Big Spicy bowl of Cap or No Cap…
