It even found out how much money the average child received for doing certain chores around the house. The study found that the fourth most profitable chore was mopping, which earned $2.33. Third place was cleaning their bedroom ($2.71), and second place was gardening. But what was the #1 highest paying chore that earned the average child $4.60?
