Today's Question: The phrase "March Madness" was first coined in 1982 when sportscaster Brent Musburger said it while covering the NCAA tournament. However, according to one high school, it was not the first time that someone had used the term when referring to a basketball tournament. In that vein, today's Shock Collar has to do with copyright and who owns certain phrases.
